Is the public website the same as the PlexoGrid app?
No. The website explains PlexoGrid. Authentication and persona-specific work happen in the separate app at app.plexogrid.com.
Can the same person have more than one role?
PlexoGrid is designed around canonical identity with role/workspace-aware access. What a person can see or do depends on the authenticated persona and permitted workspace.
Does the public site contain patient records?
No. The public website is an informational surface and must not expose patient or clinical data.
Subscriptions & Wallet FAQs
Subscription availability, included services, chargeable value-added services and wallet/credit rules can differ by persona, institution, channel and rollout stage.
What does a subscription pay for?
Subscriptions are intended to cover the applicable platform access and included services for the selected plan. Separately chargeable services can use PlexoGrid credits where configured.
What is a wallet?
A wallet represents the applicable credit/economic balance for a permitted owner or organisation. Different wallet classes have different eligibility, sponsorship, redemption and expiry rules.
Can credits replace cash refunds in every case?
No. Credit treatment depends on the governing commercial policy, transaction type and applicable law. The current published terms control.

Grievance Redressal
Grievances are designed to follow the complainant’s canonical identity, persona and institutional context so the correct respondent and escalation path are used. Public visitors should not file sensitive grievance details on this website.

Global job search and complete job-control workflows are not yet universally live, so this page does not pretend they are.

PlexoGrid polling is designed for honest, free, fair and transparent polls that authorised organisers can conduct with voter eligibility, identity safeguards, auditable participation and ballot secrecy kept separate. The design principle is simple: the platform may verify who voted, but should not reveal how an individual voted.

Teleconsultation is designed as an authenticated patient–doctor interaction connected to the relevant identity, eligibility, payment/credit and clinical context. Availability depends on persona eligibility and enabled services.

Terms & Conditions
PlexoGrid maintains a canonical legal-publication workflow. Final public Terms should be the Founder/legal-approved published version; draft or unresolved counsel placeholders must not be represented as final legal advice.
DPDP readiness
PlexoGrid’s architecture includes consent, identity, access, audit and legal-publication controls intended to support India DPDP readiness. The platform should describe this as readiness and implemented controls, not as an unconditional legal-compliance certification.
Database Safety & Security
Key design principles include tenant separation, role-aware access, authenticated APIs, audit trails, backup/recovery planning, portable exports and protection against silent data mutation. Public marketing never substitutes for the actual security controls used by the authenticated platform.
Privacy Policy
PlexoGrid privacy information covers personal and health data handling, rights and grievance pathways, with responsibilities varying where a hospital or clinic controls the underlying health record. The final published notice remains the authoritative version.
PlexoGrid EMR
PlexoGrid EMR is intended to sit inside a wider healthcare operating system rather than operate as an isolated record screen. Its differentiators include connected patient identity, encounter context, orders/investigations, prescriptions, documents, hospital workflows, role-aware access, auditability and integration with the wider patient and institutional journey.
Vendor Marketplace
The Vendor Portal foundation includes vendor onboarding, KYC, catalogue, wallet, marketplace, messaging and related platform integrations. Marketplace availability remains role/feature dependent, and public listings should not bypass vendor verification or institutional procurement rules.
